Doors open at 5:30 PM (you can see how we set up!). The sound journey begins at 6:00 PM and ends at 7:00 PM. Afterward, feel free to linger a little longer while we tear down our sound clouds. All ages welcome; participants are asked to remain quiet during the sound journey to preserve the container.
In collaboration, Sarah Paz Hyde, Matthew Kramer, and Christopher Reagoso will co-facilitate a deeply immersive sound meditation and healing experience. We combine handpan, vocals, gongs, chimes, drums, ambient & experimental textures, and intuitive resonance to guide you into deep listening, release, grounding, and integration.
The evening is intentionally held in a reverent space — a return to presence, a reconnection, a shared sonic homecoming.
🧘♀️ Comfort & Support
Bring anything that helps you settle deeply — blankets, cushions, bolsters, or crystals if they support your practice.
These small comforts help you relax more fully and open to the depth of the sound journey.
💧 Hydration
Bring your own water or tea to stay comfortable and refreshed throughout the evening.
Closed-top bottles are best to prevent spills during the immersion.
🪶 Reflection
After the sound journey, take a few moments to reflect.
Bring a journal and pen to capture any sensations, insights, emotions, or imagery that arise.
Writing or sketching afterward can help you ground and integrate what you experienced.
