FALL NEWSLETTER - The Art of Letting Go
To my fellow wanderers, dreamers, and makers,
đ Happy Fall!
As the light fades a little earlier and the air shifts, I find myself moving more slowlyâmore inward. Fall doesnât demand; it invites us. To pause. To soften. To begin letting go.
This season reminds me of what it means to release gracefullyâto loosen our grip on what no longer serves, and to trust whatâs unfolding, even if we canât name it yet. Thatâs what this note is about: the art of letting goâin nature, in life, and in ourselves.
Like the trees, we donât need to force it. Letting go can be gentle. Beautiful, even.
To mark this seasonal turningâand my own next trip around the sunâIâm hosting a cozy gathering this month. Thereâll be hot mulled cider, space to land, and time to connect with one another and whatever weâre each carrying into this season.
Community has played such a deeply supportive role in my life, especially through times of change and growth, and Iâd truly love to share this moment with you. Nothing formalâjust an open-hearted invitation to slow down, sip something warm, and be present together.
Iâd love for you to join this Nov. 19th at Reweaving Balance for a special gathering! <3
For now, hereâs something to carry into the coming days:
What are you being invited to releaseâand how might you do it with grace?
âThe trees are about to show us how lovely it is to let things go.â
âUnknown
Sending you all so much love,
Matthew <3

⨠1-on-1 Sound Healing w/ Energy Work
How is a 1-on-1 Sound Session different than a group meditation?
- Individual sessions allow us to really work with any specific intentions, themes or energies that may be surfacing in your life at this time. Youâll be in a safe space to honor what comes up, and we will use a combination of sound, energy work and the power of intentions to help clear it.
- Benefits from receiving sound through the auditory system as well as the physical sensations of vibrations through the body (If comfortable, we can place various instruments - singing bowls, tuning forks, and even the large frame drum on the back for a sonic drum massage)!
- At the end, weâll have time for processing and integrating anything that may come up during the session
If youâre looking to dive deeper into your journey of self-healing, reach out with me to schedule something!
â¨Until Next Time
Thank you for being part of this unfolding. Whether you join the circle, find a quiet moment with a warm drink, or simply read alongâyour presence matters.
May you find comfort in the stillness, clarity in the letting go, and warmth in the spaces in between.
Falling softly into the season,
 âMatthew
* If finances are ever a hindrance and you feel called to join, please reach out with me! I offer sliding scales on a need-by-need basis for this to be as accessible to others as possible <3
